Don't know why the review by "David" is so negative. Except he couldn't remember to bring a coupon. This course plays as it should. There are two different flags on each green, with various Tee off places to make this play as 18 holes. It's not easy as water comes into play on about 5 of the 9 holes. Deer and other wildlife show up at times. This course sets some 3 miles in off the ocean so I found wind was not a factor most times. The last year or two this course has been run by a dedicated group of member volunteers, and they have it in very good shape...the RV hookup parking is a plus and friends have reported it a cheap place to spend a quite nite or two.

We call it 'pasture golf'. Flat, unremarkable - annoying marshes across fairways and near greens that somehow seem to always entice your ball even when you hit a decent shot.

Way overpriced for basically 9 holes of windy golf.

Biggest complaint: they have/had a $5 discount coupon which I printed but left at my campsite. When I mentioned the coupon, the starter shrugged - you need to BRING IT with you. I understand policy but I wonder if they do?

The idea of (internet) coupons is to show them people researched the course and KNEW about the coupon. For $15 (3 of us), I would have gladly driven back and gotten them. But no - had to charge full price because we didn't have them upon check in.

Seems a clear case of unclear on the concept to me and kept us from returning again or ever again.
