Because of past poor city management the course fell into disarray, however, in the last couple of years Scott McKinney has taken over the course management and has made some startling improvements. The greens are in wonderful shape, as good or better than any in the area and the fairways are finally getting the water they have always needed making them very lush and green. This is a great links style course with a super restaurant and wonderful staff. I recommend that you give this course a try on your travels through the area. Four stars.
