I have played the greens many times. I find the course condition too be much improved in the last three years. I have a noted that the temperament of the better players has improved with the quality of the course improvements. I feel that the course is so good and the folks running it that I take pleasure in taking my grand children to play it with me. You are not going a better course too relax on. In Centeral Oregon.

This is probably one of the worst laid out and organized golf courses I have ever played at. I showed up around 9:30am. I asked if they had space for me to play as a single. There is no pro shop, just a snack bar that acts as such. The kid behind the counter says yeah. Immediately the yardages seem off. The first hole is 136 yards from the blue tees according to the score card. There is a yardage marker behind the blue tees that says 128 yards. Problem is the blue tees are 10 yards closer to the hole than that. So sitting at 118 yards, I use my pitching wedge and way overshoot the green. This goes on for another 8 holes. A couple of holes had 50 yard markers less than 25 yards from the greens. Their lack of correct yardages began to make me wonder if this course was built for seniors and women specifically. But the part that is absolutely unacceptable was that #14 was being watered as people were trying to play it. The green was covered with standing water. By this time it was close to 11am. No course should be watering at 11am. As I finish my round, I lose a sleeve of really good balls because their markers and hole info signs are ALL incorrect. Every hole is a straight shot?!? My ass. Its really difficult to play a course that is in no way correctly laid out and maintained. The last two holes I skip. I am tired of basically making "210 yard" 7-iron shots or miraculous A-wedge shots in the range of 125 yards. I went back to the clubhouse and complained to the manager. He then informs me, they moved all of the yardage markers because of womens league play. No excuse I say. You should at least tell the people going out about the marker changes. But still that doesn't explain the 50 yard markers 15 yards from the greens. Oh and I only encountered two groups of women playing. On top of that, if you are going to just play nine, get a power cart. You will be a half mile from the clubhouse having to walk down a private road to get back to your car....great for your golf shoes. Save your money and go to Juniper or Aspen. This place is a sore excuse for an executive 18 hole.

This is a great course for the price. I have been playing the Greens since it opened originally as a 9 hole course. It has improved tremendously over the last couple years. The staff is great and very cordial.

What a great course. Interesting variety of holes. Rolling fairways with lots of elevation changes tee to green. There are two warm up rooms on the first tee where you can hit off mats into a curtain, which is a great way to get loose before teeing off. I played a relaxing, fun round in 3 hours and had a chance to play all kinds of shots from a variety of distances. This is a great course for honing your short game and iron play The greens hold very well and have nice rolling contours that are challenging to read. What a great break from typical flat, predictable greens. The staff is super friendly. I had a great time and wish I had tried this course a long time ago. Will definitely be going back regularly from now on. All the way around a fun, enjoyable, challenging course where you can play a lot of golf in almost half the time of a full length course while honing your scoring skills. It all happens from 150 yds. and in.

The course has improved significantly and is way better under the new management. The pace of play issues are gone and the overall course looks amazing! Additionally, the course staff was very pleasant and are very attentive to our needs.

I was pleasantly surprised with this course. I took my 7 year old son out and we had a great time. The greens were in good shape and you can even take the driver out on 2 of the par 4's. It didn't feel like your typical par 3 course. I'll definitely go back for the $$$ it a fun little course.

This used to be a great course to play however the quality and upkeep have not been maintained the past two years. My husband and I have been members the past few years but we will not renew next year due to the very poor course conditions. Obviously the course is tied to bankruptcy proceeding that might be impacting operating revenues and this has impacted the conditions since it appears there is very little watering being done. There is also excessive goose crap everywhere and weeds on the fairways are now a nuisance as well. There are much better choices in Central Oregon and we will be going there next year.
