Perfect Central Oregon rolling terrain fashioned into beautiful golf holes by designer Brian Whitcomb. With 7000 yards of breathtaking views and challenging golf shots Lost Tracks Golf Club defines the word golf.

While Lost Tracks Golf Club is located near the city of Bend, it has the feeling of quiet seclusion. The golf course is bordered by national forest land and carved out of a stand of Ponderosa and high desert pine trees with lava rock outcroppings, dotted with sparkling lakes, and seaside sand filled bunkers. Laid out on a softly rolling terrain the old style design, without the long walks between greens and tees, invite the golfer to walk the meticulously groomed and maintained fairways.

Lost Tracks design philosophy did not include a "signature hole" consideration. Many players may consider the 141-yard 16th hole a par 3 island green, with an old railroad dining car for a bridge, to be exactly that. However, with so many gorgeous holes to choose from, we will leave that up to you. Have fun!

The putting green pitches downhill providing good practice for course play.Lost Tracks GC driving rangeHole #16: Unique hole with the railroad dining car bridge. Water surrounds this hole completely with bunkers guarding the back and left.Hole #8: This 185-yard par 3 has one tree to the left and a bunker that runs into a small lake. 4 pot bunkers can be seen to the right. Hole #7: A long par 5 that runs slightly uphill from 100 yards in. Five large bunkers guard the front to a green that is nestled between two hills of lava rock and brush.Hole #6 is a dogleg right with sparse trees to the left and right. Watch for the large mound of lava rock and brush that juts into the fairway (pictured) on the left. Hole #2: Just aim for the Sisters peaks on this one. Beautiful hole with lots of sand. The hills at the back of the green drop off sharply so pick your approach shot club accordinglyHole #1 is a dogleg right about 200 yards out. Your approach shot is to a green well protected by bunkers. A hill with lava rock and brush lines the back.

Worst golf course around..staff is terrible and the course just as bad. There are a lot of other nice courses nearby for a lot less with much friendlier/professional staff.

Great customer service, fun course, terrific shot values, an interesting, thinking golfer's course.

This is a nice course, but it is overshadowed by the deplorable, and I mean deplorable customer service. The golf staff, headed by allegedly the owner (Stephanie) are the most pompous, arrogant, and condescending golf staff I have ever run across in over 40 years of golfing. When I called to complain about the poor customer service I received on a recent visit, Stephanie threatened me and was very antagonistic even before hearing my concerns. Unreal ! No exaggeration. Stay away, other great options exist in central Oregon for golf. No reason to waste your time at Lost Tracks, they really are lost!

We played this course once and fell in love with it so we played it three more times during our week in the area. Just couldn't go anywhere else until we were able to beat this course. We didn't play anywhere else!!! Love the place!

Great course. Not in top shape but it is early.
Auto ordering device for food at the turn might not be working so plan ahead.
Otherwise, loads of character and views as good as you get at any CO course!

Played on 10/6/10. Great shape, very reasonable rates! Fairways were very playable and generous, greens were in great shape. Played from the tips, some very long par 4's and 3's. Made for exacting club selection. Nice facility, would rate higher than the Meadows at Sun River, which I played the day before!
