At Widgi Creek Golf Club, you'll discover the most comprehensive golf, sports and fitness environment in the Northwest. Start with a full eighteen holes of championship golf that meander beneath huge pines along the rim of the dramatic Deschutes River Canyon. Add practical, hands-on tips from one of the area's finest staffs of golf professionals.

Designed by Robert Muir Graves in 1989, Widgi Creek is over 6900 yards and plays to a par of 72. The course is a challenge to every level of player. Characterized by fast undulation greens, it is considered one of the top 5 courses in the area. Golf Digest called Widgi Creek, "the sleeper in Central Oregon" and Golf Magazine called it a "must play". Widgi Creek will always be considered to be among the best maintained in the area.

After the round, relax at The Grill or shop the fully stocked pro shop. The Grill provides tasty light fair with daily specials for lunch and dinner. Both indoor and outdoor facilities are available with a marvelous expanded outdoor deck that looks out over the golf course. Exceptional banquet facilities (seating to 150) are available with specialized menus.

Watch out for the lake on the rightWidgi Creek #15: A nice little par-3 that allows you to go for the flag.Widgi Creek #14: Hit your straightest club here and you'll be left with a short iron to this 3 tiered green.Widgi Creek #12: Hole #12 is a dogleg left with thick trees lining both sides of the fairway all the way to the green. One bunker to the right front guards the green.Widgi Creek #10: Downhill and downwind allows this hole to play shorter than it's yardage. The green is large but so are the 4 large bunkers that protect it.Widgi Creek #7: Typically into the wind, going for this green in 2 is risky at best. There is water to the right off your tee shot and water guarding a small undulating green. Best to play it safe and lay up to save par.Widgi Creek #6: Photo from the back of the greenWidgi Creek #6: There is a lake left with a huge sand trap next to it and a lake on the right 209 yards from the white tees. Your best bet is to lay up short of the lake and then take a short iron to a large multi-level greenWidgi Creek #5: Don't be fooled by the length. The dramatic 3-tiered green demands pin-point accuracy to avoid 3 puttingHole #1 is a slight dogleg left. Your tee shot should favor the right side of the fairway to open up your approach shot.
