The practice area is located across the street from the driving range and clubhouse. A large bunker provides sand practice while chipping from the fringe and rough surrounding the green will prepare you for course play. Two putting greens provide good practice for course play. The one shown is located in back of the clubhouse, the other is in front. Chipping is not allowed. The driving range is open off of mats only. A practice area is across the street to the left. The Sunriver Woodlands clubhouse provides a variety of services. Lunch, snacks, beverages, and the latest in golf equipment and apparel are available. The patio is open during good weather. Sunriver Woodlands #17: Your drive needs to be perfectly placed to avoid the two large trees on the left side of the fairway. Keep the tee shot to the right side for the best approach shot into a green surrounded by water left and bunkers right.Sunriver Woodlands #15: Sand anyone? Playing the bunkers all the way to the green is not unusual on hole #15. The tight fairway increases the risk. Sunriver Woodlands #12: Keep left off the tee to avoid fairway bunkers to the left and right. Be sure to hit enough club into this elevated green to avoid the bunkers fronting the greenSunriver Woodlands #9: A great finishing hole to the front nine. A good drive down the left center is important to avoid the pond on the right side.Sunriver Woodlands #8: Excellent par-3 hole. Be careful of the water surrounding most of the green. Hole #7 is a good driving hole. One of the most scenic holes on the golf course with an excellent view of Mt. Bachelor. Beware of the very deep bunkers protecting each side of the green.
