This is a follow up review from a year ago. I was there a year ago and had a lot of fun. I had ONE minor, minor suggestion to improve the course. The lady pro told me "perhaps I don't know how to putt". Strangely, she's not there anymore! Anyway, I called today to schedule a tee time during the week during their slow times. It's a 350 mile round trip for us. I told them I had a "minor" medical condition which unfortunately wasn't great if I played with somebody else. The person on the phone said, and I quote: "what's your medical condition?" Folks, I've played 10 rounds at Bandon. Cedars ain't Bandon in case you're wondering. There IS a reason it is Bandon, EVERYTIME I called Bandon, NEVER did they once asked me what was bothering me? And I played as a twosome every time. Play elsewhere and you might be welcome....

It's a beautiful course..and always has been..the greens were very difficult to read..and it would be nice to get a hotdog on the turn to fuel up for a tough back nine.. Staff war good..and got a great deal on my fairway wood.

Course played great even after lots of rain. Course drains well, greens were nice and true. Fun course with some unique holes, beautiful setting. Will definitely go back.

Had a wonderful time. conditions were good for the time of year, and it was wide open. Never waited all day. Would play here more often if they came down a little on their every day green fees. they are a little higher than most in the area.

First time I played there in over 25 years so I didn't know the course layout. Was a little hard to figure out tee to green. Very friendly staff and the course was in really good shap considering the rain. No real complaints to speak of about the condition of the course.

This is the best condition I have ever seen Cedars in. The greens were smooth and consistent. Fairways lush and green.

This course was a pleasant surprise from years gone by. As good or better condition than many higher priced courses I've played this late summer/early fall. Beautiful, sunny, calm day which provided very scenic layout for late in the day. Plan on coming back as often as I can before the rains hit.

I really like this course. It is set up really good to golf at.I believe it is set up to be a good challenge to golfers.But it is not a real difficult course to golf.All the fairways and greens are kept in really good condition.I will golf there again more then once.

This is a decent course. Huge old musty smelling clubhouse someone built on the premise "build it and they will come" except no one came... Can be a little pricey for what it is, guess they feel they got you all the way out there, you're probably not going to leave over price. It's ordinary at best, on the positive side, usually pace of play is good. I usually only play during the week though. Several years ago the did make some good drainage changes to the par 5 on the back, #15? The par 3 #7? is back to normal after some homeowner issues? What I don't understand now is why they changed #9 and #10? What were once two of the best and really the only unique holes on the course are now short, boring, and ordinary. too bad

Some challenging holes. Course management a must on some holes. The risk/reward is there if you have enough game to pull of the approach. Nice course, friendly staff.

Had a fun round. Greens were nice and they are fast. Straight driving is a must. It was a great value with the GolfNow rates!

All was very good with one exception. The confirmation that one takes to the course does not indicate that the deal was 18 holes with a cart.

I had some issues with the person in the pro shop, but he decided to go with it anyway.

Very nice greens even though they had not been mowed. Nice fairway turf under the same circumstance. Layout wasn't the greatest, but it was a great value at 32.50 with cart.

Deep roughs, water and trees await if you don't hit straight. Very scenic, and reasonably priced. I prefer a cart but you can walk but there are several elevation changes. Only downside is Bar-Food are closed Monday and Tuesday.

course was in good condition and well maintained. could be more challenging, but over all a fun day.

I wanted to review this course since there were a lot of negative reviews. I have a group of 16 players and we played this course for the first time. The staff was excellent, I was checked in by Savannah, very organized, got us our KP markers, she was very friendly. Two of our group had showed up 90 mins before our tee time at 9:00am, she offered to make breakfast for them even though the restaurant didn't open until 10. The course itself was in good condition, although the driving range is dangerously close to NO 1 fairway. Course is not long, but is very challenging, and has a good layout. You won't find houses all over the course, great setting. This track is definitely worth checking it out.

Good course, but numerous groups had no consideration for players behind them...extremely slow.
